Design?

I started college with thoughts of becoming a computer science major. After taking calculus and programming my first semester, it was time for a change. Knowing I still wanted to create things, I switched to graphic design my second semester. As it turns out, tracing old logos and doodling as a kid sort of turned into a career!

Inspiration?

This may sound silly, but a large percentage of my inspiration comes from Twitter. I’m awestruck at the amount of talent I come across on a daily basis. My Twitter stream has taught me new methods, practices, and inspired me to form habits that continually push me as a thinker and do-er.

When I'm not immersed in the things of Twitter, I'm reading these books. As for this website, I'm using Rogie King's wonderfully simple View.js for the image lightbox, and HTML 5 ★ Boilerplate which serves as the skeleton for everything.

Forever Fascinated?

It’s difficult to write a biography. It’s even more difficult to write an autobiography. I’ve decided to keep things short when describing myself, and the resulting tagline was “Forever Fascinated.” It’s from a song that I really like. When I think about it, I am indeed forever fascinated—in all areas of life: design, photography, creation, faith, people and ideas. These are the things that keep me moving.

Besides…who doesn’t love a good alliteration?
